The problem
Small and mid-size app publishers must read Apple's and Google's new age-signal APIs and apply a growing, inconsistent patchwork of state App Store Accountability Act rules (Texas live now with a private right of action, Utah, Louisiana, California), but have no affordable tooling to translate that into a defensible, per-state compliance workflow and audit trail.
The wedge
Skip building age-verification tech (Apple and Google already give it away free) and instead sell the compliance rule engine and immutable audit-trail layer on top of it, priced for a 2 to 50 person studio instead of an enterprise trust-and-safety budget.
