AI-native SaaS companies have no way to see, per paying customer, whether the LLM inference cost of serving them exceeds what that customer pays, so margin-losing customers and plans go unnoticed until the AI compute bill or a funding update forces the question, and every existing LLM cost tool stops at the token instead of joining it to actual subscription revenue.
The wedge
Close the loop competitors skip: pull revenue straight from Stripe and cost straight from provider APIs or an existing Helicone/Langfuse/LiteLLM export, join them per customer automatically, and distribute through a free no-signup margin calculator that turns the 2026 AI-margin-compression narrative into a personal number, converting fear into a 10-minute setup instead of a FinOps platform rollout.
