The problem
Small board-and-care and assisted living operators track medication administration and state-mandated compliance records on paper or spreadsheets because enterprise senior-living software is priced and built for multi-facility chains, and the small handful of purpose-built small-home tools that do exist only cover a few states' license types, leaving most state license categories with no dedicated software.
The wedge
An AI-native regulation-ingestion engine that lets DoseLedger stand up a new state's compliant documentation workflow in weeks instead of months, launching first in states with zero existing small-home-specific compliance software and serving the sub-10-bed homes that the nearest AI-native competitor's bed minimum excludes.
