The problem
Backflow testers must file annual test reports with many utilities, each with its own portal vendor, fee, and deadline, and have no single record of what was filed, paid, or overdue.
The wedge
A cross-utility filing ledger and rules library with fee pass-through that sits alongside the tester's existing test-entry app.
