The problem
Solo family child care providers on the CACFP food program run two disconnected tools, a general ops app for attendance and billing and a separate, clunky claims tool their sponsor assigns (usually KidKare), and none of them check a meal against USDA meal pattern rules until claim time, when a missed component means an unpaid, unfixable day.
The wedge
A single mobile-first app for solo providers that checks each meal against CACFP meal pattern rules in real time from a photo or voice note, exports a sponsor-ready claim, and is priced flat per provider instead of per child, sold direct and through CACFP sponsoring organizations.
