MillPulse turns a cabinet or millwork shop's production schedule into automatic, stage-triggered customer texts and emails, with a completion date that recalculates itself instead of a guess typed in once at the order desk.
The problem
Custom cabinet and architectural millwork shops build to order with no carrier tracking number, so customers flood the office with where's-my-order calls and emails, and no cabinet/millwork-specific software sends automatic stage-triggered updates the way adjacent made-to-order trades (metal fab, upholstery, print/apparel) already have.
The wedge
Ship full automation instead of the nearest competitor's human-reviewed AI draft, pair it with a predictive ETA computed from the shop's own historical stage-duration data, and sell it as a bolt-on layer that plugs into the CAD/CAM software the shop already runs (Cabinet Vision, Microvellum, Joinery Core) instead of replacing it.
