PoliClear
PoliClear turns a specific political ad plus its target states into the exact state-required AI-disclosure label, a hard stop if the ad is banned outright in a blackout window, and a timestamped compliance certificate for the file.
The problem
More than 30 states now regulate AI-generated content in political ads with conflicting requirements (disclosure text, blackout windows, satire exemptions), and campaigns and PACs running AI-assisted ads during the 2026 midterms have no way to know which state's rule applies to a given ad before it runs, exposing them to lawsuits from targeted candidates.
The wedge
A self-serve tool built around the campaign committee and media-buyer workflow instead of a vertical inside a generic brand-compliance platform, entering through a free no-signup single-ad checker, and sold to agencies too since several state laws hold the ad's producer liable, not just the candidate.
