The problem
Insurance roofing jobs pay in several checks, often held by mortgage lenders, and contractors have no ledger showing which check is owed, who holds it, and what releases it.
The wedge
A per-job payment-stage receivables board aged by holder, with release checklists and request emails, sold as a cash-collection add-on beside the existing roofing CRM.
