The problem
Up to 70 percent of physical therapy patients never complete their prescribed plan of care, silently self-discharging before using their insurance-authorized visits, and no tool across the fragmented PT EMR landscape quantifies that revenue leakage in dollars or predicts it before it happens for clinics not locked into a single EMR's bundled retention module.
The wedge
An EHR-agnostic overlay that syncs via CSV import instead of requiring a clinic to switch systems, scores dropout risk, puts a running dollar figure on unused authorized visits, and drafts clinician-approved win-back messages.
