VoxRider

VoxRider reads every voiceover and AI-licensing contract a voice actor signs, flags the ones that leave their voice exposed to unauthorized AI cloning, and tracks buyout expirations so they get paid for renewals instead of giving away free extended usage.

The problem

Voice actors sign voiceover and AI-licensing contracts with usage scope, buyout terms, and now AI training or cloning permissions buried in boilerplate, with no way to track expiring buyouts or catch a contract that fails to protect their voice from unauthorized AI cloning.

The wedge

A purpose-built contract intelligence tool that extracts usage scope, territory, term, buyout amount, and AI-training permission from an uploaded voiceover contract, flags AI-clause risk in plain English, and tracks buyout expirations, unlike generic enterprise CLM tools, freelancer invoicing apps, or VO booking marketplaces, entering through a free no-signup AI Clause Risk Scanner.
