The problem
Tour managers and artist managers settle each show against a promoter's settlement sheet under time pressure using contract terms they must check by hand, and no existing tour management software (Master Tour, Artist Growth, Daysheets, Touring Pro, Tourseta) automatically flags when the promoter's numbers deviate from the contracted deal terms, so underpayments from inflated deductions, missed comps, or misapplied splits go uncaught in the room and are rarely recovered later.
The wedge
A mobile-first settlement calculator that pulls the deal memo terms saved during the advance and instantly flags any discrepancy against the promoter's settlement sheet before the artist signs off and gets paid, turning contract enforcement into a two-minute in-the-room check instead of a forensic audit.
