The problem
Professional fiduciaries manage many wards across overlapping legal roles (guardian, conservator, trustee, representative payee), each with different accounting rules and court-specific deadlines, but track it in spreadsheets and single-role tools, risking contempt, surcharge, or removal when a filing is late or wrong.
The wedge
Unlike GuardianPad or Conservatorship.com, which model a single guardianship case, WardLedger models the fiduciary's real caseload: one ward, several simultaneous legal roles, one consolidated ledger, separate auto-generated state court forms per role, plus firm-level bond/license/certification renewal tracking.
